The Fourth house shows us the very beginning of our lives, our connection to home, to the kind of family we found ourselves in, to our sense of safety, or the lack of it. When this house is activated by transit or progression it can activate powerful psychological experiences, and open the door to forgotten events from the past. It can also signify the end of things, a ‘falling back to earth’
The fourth house reflects an emotional reality, our history, our past, our physical home. It is tribal and ancestral, and it is also the container for soul. How do planets and signs here reflect this?
The ground of being lies here, and some even call it the Gateway of the Soul.
